Views from the top of the rock
- Bald Rock. A large granite outcrop rising about 200 metres above the surrounding landscape. Measuring about 750 metres long and 500 metres wide, this is the largest granite monolith in Australia.
- 🌍 Bald Rock Trig lookout. Once you've climbed the Bald Rock Summit walking track, the views overlooking both the Queensland and New South Wales are a hard-earned reward.
Do
- Bald Rock Summit walking track is a 3.2 kilometre loop trail that takes about 1-2 hours to do. As the name suggests, it passes thru the peak of the rock.

- 🌍 Bald Rock campground, Bookookoorara Trail, Carrolls Creek. A campground with 14 campsites, perched on the edge of the summmit walk. Includes a nearby picnic area.
