Amlwch is a small community in Anglesey, although it is rural it is not a quaint or especially pleasant location.

It is the northernmost town in Wales. In the 19th century it was a major copper mining and shipping town.

It is on the A5025 north of Moelfre

There are regional buses from most parts of the island as well as Bangor.
