Zonites embolium is a species of air-breathing land snail, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Zonitidae.

The subspecies Zonites embolium elevatus Riedel & Mylonas, 1997, that was endemic to Dodecanese Islands, is considered to be extinct.[3]
