Yashpal Kapur

Yashpal Kapoor / Kapur (1929–1993) was a leader of Indian National Congress and a close aid of Indira Gandhi. Indira Gandhi's election was declared null and void. She was banned from contesting in any election for an additional six years availing the services of a government officer, Yashpal Kapoor, during the elections before he had resigned from his position.
