Vera Maari Office

Vera Maari Office is a 2023 Indian-Tamil language Workplace comedy sitcom streaming television series, that depicts the everyday work lives of office employees at the Chennai, branch of the fictional The Great Indian Company. The series was directed by Chidambaram Manivannan for Aha Tamil, Producer by Shivakanth under the banner of Kanaa Production.

The principal characters of the series include Vishnu, Janani Ashokkumar, RJ Vijay,[1] Soundariya, VJ Paarvathy, Kannadhasan, VJ Pappu, Syama Harini and Vikkals Vikram.[2] Vera Maari Office premiered on 10 August 2023 and airs on every Thursday to Saturday at 7PM consists of twenty seven episodes.[3]

Production

Development

On 31 May 2023, Aha Tamil confirmed through a press release that it would distribute new Tamil Web serial, to be created and produced by Shivakanth under the banner of Kanaa Production. The series is directed by Chidambaram Manivannan. And was also released the first look poster.[4][5] The poster features an Office conference room, which has many employees and everyone is depicting their roles and showcasing various emotions.

Release

The first promo was released on 21 July 2023 featuring RJ Vijay tell the story revealing and the release date.[6] It was to premiere on the platform on July 31. On Saturday, the makers announced that the release has been postponed to August 10.[7]

The series is released on 10 August, has crossed the record of more than 15 million views.[8][9]
