Thapsia buraensis is a species of air-breathing land snail or semi-slug, a terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusk in the family Urocyclidae. [2]

Distribution
This species is endemic to Kenya. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical dry forests; it is threatened by habitat loss.
