    • The United States House of Representatives votes 420–3 to pass legislation to suspend normal trade relations with Russia and Belarus following the invasion of Ukraine.   • The emergency special session of the United Nations General Assembly votes to suspend Russia from the Human Rights Council, with 93 votes in favor, 24 against and 58 abstentions.
