Trimethoprim/polymyxin
The drug combination trimethoprim/polymyxin (INNs, trade name Polytrim) is an antimicrobial solution for topical ophthalmic[1] use in the treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.
