History
Groundbreaking took place on April 12, 1984. Multiple groups partnered to construct and design the building. It was completed in 1985 with 21 stories. With a cost of between US$7–10 million it stands at 236 feet (72 m).[2] It is located between the coast of Seagrove Beach and Highway 30A.[3]
