Noemí Tortul

Noemí Tortul (born Santa Fe, Argentina) is an Argentine paralympic athlete. She won seven medals at the Summer Paralympic Games.[1][2]

Career

At the 1964 Summer Paralympics, she won bronze medals in Women's Javelin C,[3] Women's Shot Put C,[4] and Women's Club Throw C.[5]

At the 1968 Summer Paralympics, she won silver medals in Women's Club Throw B,[6] Women's Discus Throw B,[7] and Wheelchair basketball.[8] She won bronze medals in Women's Javelin B,[9] and Women's 4x40 meters Open.[10]

At the 1972 Summer Paralympics, she won a gold medal in Wheelchair basketball. She placed seventh in Women's Discus Throw 3,[11] and Women's 50 m Backstroke 3.[12]
