Nirbhay Narayan Singh
Nirbhay Narayan Singh (August 1928 – 22 January 2012, Hindi: निर्भय नारायण सिंह) alias Lal Babu was an Indian politician. He was the member of Uttar Pradesh legislative assembly from Sikanderpur.[1][2]

Political career
He started his political journey as a Nagar Panchayat councillor in 1952. He was the Chairman of Maniyar Municipality from 1957 to 1964 and became an independent MLA in 1969. Again became a Congress Party MLA from 1974 to 1977. From 1979 to 1984, he was the Wildlife Park Minister in the Uttar Pradesh government. He remained associated with Congress throughout his life. He started his political journey after graduating from Lucknow University in 1951.[3][4]
