Neil Harper
Neil Harper (born 21 February 1965) is a male retired British swimmer.

Early life
    
Harper attended Millfield School from 1979 to 1984, and was head boy.[1]
Career
    
Harper competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics and the 1988 Summer Olympics.[2] He represented England and won a silver medal in the 4 x 100 metres medley relay, at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland, in addition to competing in the 100 metres backstroke event.[3][4] He also won the 1986 ASA National Championship title in the 100 metres backstroke.[5]
