Murilo Affonso

Murilo Ferraz Affonso (born 19 June 1991) is a Brazilian cyclist,[1] who is currently suspended from the sport.[2]

In this Portuguese name, the first or maternal family name is Ferraz and the second or paternal family name is Affonso.
