Biography

Mohsin Nawaz was born in Faisalabad, Pakistan.[2][3] Coming from a family background associated with outdoor activities, Nawaz developed his skills at the POF Wah Cantt Shooting Club in Islamabad.[4]

By 2007, he had secured wins in both the 300-meter iron and telescopic sight categories at PARA, demonstrating his accuracy and commitment.[4]

In August 2018, he won a bronze medal at Parvez Abbasi Open Shooting.[5]

In October 2022, he earned five medals at the Bisley Long Range Shooting Competition: three gold and two silver.[6] Representing Pakistan, he consistently placed in the top three positions.[6] His international medal tally now stands at seven, including a gold from the NRA USA 600 meters in 2018.[6]

In April 2023, he became the first Pakistani to record 400 international match shots, securing the NRA USA classification.[2][7] Nawaz achieved this at the Rocky Mountain, Montana and NRA US Nationals events.[2]

In September 2023, he won a silver medal at the European Long Range Shooting Championship.[8][9][10]
