Miss Universe Philippines Accredited Partners
The Miss Universe Philippines accredited partner program was introduced in the inaugural edition Miss Universe Philippines pageant in 2020. It aims to recognize and put a premium on the pageant professionals who have time and again supported countless candidates’ campaigns for the crown. It gives equal opportunities to aspiring candidates from the provinces, cities, municipalities, and Filipino communities abroad to participate in the MUPH competition. It also affirms the oneness of the Filipino people by allowing candidates to be matched with Accredited Partners across the country, placing value on a candidate's ability to see and share the beauty in the city or province whose name she shall call as her own.[1]

In 2023, a new partnership program system was introduced to bring the Miss Universe Philippines experience to more people in more places across the country, the national pageant launched an ambitious scheme to attract partners who will help mount local competitions, and expand the brand even further through merchandising and licensing.[2]
The winners of each regional pageants will automatically be enlisted as the official representatives on the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants.[3]
Regional Franchises
Binibining Toledo
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Jun Rivera as the Accredited Partner for the city of Toledo last September 14, 2023.[4]
Miss Filipina International
Miss Filipina International is a prestigious beauty pageant that aims to showcase the beauty, intelligence, and grace of Filipino women on a global scale.[5] Their headquarters is in Beverly Hilton, Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.
They will be sending three representatives in the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant and two representatives in The Miss Philippines 2024 pageant in their 10th anniversary.[6]
Miss Iloilo
First staged in 2020, Miss Iloilo replaced the Miss Dinagyang beauty pageant. Winners have the chance to represent Iloilo City in three of the biggest national pageants – Miss Universe Philippines, Miss World Philippines, and Binibining Pilipinas that selects the country's representative in the Miss International Competition.[7]
Miss Palawan Universe
The Miss Universe Philippines – Palawan has the right to send delegates to the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants.
Miss Republika ng Pilipinas – Europe
Miss Republika ng Pilipinas – Europe which debuted in 2021, has the right to send the representative of the Filipino community in Italy to the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants.
Miss Tuguegarao City
The Miss Tuguegarao City has the right to send their winner to the Miss Universe Philippines pageant.[8]
Miss Universe Philippines – Aklan
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Kris Raymundo as the Accredited Partner for the province of Aklan last September 14, 2023.[4]
Miss Universe Philippines – Albay
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Gerard Martin as the Accredited Partner for the province of Albay last September 14, 2023.[4]
Miss Universe Philippines – Batangas
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Myke Lorence Llamado as the Accredited Partner for the province of Batangas last October 2, 2023.[9]
Miss Universe Philippines – Bohol
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Wilma Laude Zamora as the Accredited Partner for the province of Bohol last October 22, 2023.[10]
Miss Universe Philippines – Bukidnon
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Sheila Lagura Paulin as the Accredited Partner for the province of Bukidnon last October 12, 2023.[11]
Miss Universe Philippines – Cagayan de Oro
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Rejellaine Sarip Vidad as the Accredited Partner for the city of Cagayan de Oro last September 25, 2023.[12]
Miss Universe Philippines – Cebu
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Rirma Bitzer, Jocelyn Taguiao, and Danny Booc as the Accredited Partners for the province of Cebu as well as in the cities of Cebu, Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue last September 14, 2023.[13]
Miss Universe Philippines – Kananga
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to April Tanhueco as the Accredited Partner for the municipality of Kananga last October 19, 2023.[14]
Miss Universe Philippines – Leyte
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Klarito Logronio as the Accredited Partner for the province of Leyte last September 1, 2023.[15]
Miss Universe Philippines – Occidental Mindoro Charity
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Rogelio Caguimbal Borbon as the Accredited Partner for the province of Occidental Mindoro last September 16, 2023.[16]
Miss Universe Philippines – Pangasinan
he Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Jerry Benedict Rosete as the Accredited Partner for the province of Pangasinan.
Miss Universe Philippines – Pampanga
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Amiel de Dios as the Accredited Partner for the province of Pampanga last August 28, 2023.[17]
Miss Universe Philippines – Siargao Island
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to Maria Helena Navarro as the Accredited Partner for the province of Siargao Island last September 14, 2023.[4]
Miss Universe Philippines – Tacloban
The Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines franchises was awarded to MRachelle Chua Pineda as the Accredited Partner for the city of Tacloban last September 14, 2023.[4]
Mutya sa Buahanan
The Mutya sa Buhanan has the right to send Camuiguin's delegate to the Miss Universe Philippines pageant.
The Miss Philippines California
The Miss Philippines California has the right to send two delegates from Northern California and two delegates Southern California to the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants that will represent the Filipino community in the state of California.[18]
The Miss Philippines Texas
The Miss Philippines Texas has the right to send delegates to the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants that will represent the Filipino community in the state of Texas.
The Miss Philippines Virginia
The Miss Philippines Virginia has the right to delegates to the Miss Universe Philippines and The Miss Philippines pageants that will represent the Filipino community in the state of Virginia.
