Mike Smiddy
Mike Smiddy was the Illinois state representative for the 71st district. The 71st district includes all or parts of Savanna, Morrison, Sterling, Rock Falls, Port Byron, Hillsdale, Silvis, East Moline, Moline and Coal Valley.[1]
