Megan Chu

Megan Chu (born 25 February 2008) is an American rhythmic gymnast.[1] She is a multiple American Championships medalist.

Career

After taking up the sport in 2012,[2] in June 2021, Chu debuted into the national team at the 2021 Junior Pan American Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, where she won gold in teams, in the All-Around, with hoop, clubs and ribbon and silver with ball.[3]

The following year, she won gold in teams and with hoop as well as bronze with clubs at the Pan American Championships.[4][5][6]

In 2023, at the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara, she won gold in teams and with ribbon, silver in the All-Around and with ball.[7][8][9] In July, she was selected for the Junior World Championships in Cluj-Napoca along Rin Keys, Erika Rusak and the junior group. She was 11th in teams and 8th in the ball final.[10]
