Career
Through his father, who played him cassettes from groups like Deep Purple and Scorpions, Bischoff first came into contact with rock and metal genre. The first concert he attended was a performance by Black Sabbath in 1994 at the Thüringenhalle.[1]
While living in a flat with a musician from local metal band Consense, the latter also came into contact with the rest of the group's musicians, who asked him to record vocal lines for a demo tape .[1] At the age of 18, Bischoff was accepted into the group as a singer. Consense later became known as Heaven Shall Burn.[1] With the group, Bischoff recorded one EP, five split releases and nine full-fledged studio albums. Six of the released albums achieved a chart listing in the German album charts, five of which also entered Austria and Switzerland.[3] The albums Veto, Wanderer, and Of Truth and Sacrifice each entered the top 10, with the latter even being able to position itself on the number one spot in the album charts.[3] As a guest singer, Bischoff has already sung in groups such as Deadlock, Hate Squad, Caliban, Décembre Noir, Hansen & Friends, Mercenary, Maroon, and Neaera. In 2020 he joined the project Our Loss Is Total, which had just been founded by some members of the band Neaera. Together they recorded the debut EP I between July 2020 and January 2021, which was released on December 16, 2022.[4]
