Luz Zasso Paoa
Luz del Carmen Zasso Paoa (born 16 May 1972) is a Chilean engineer and politician of Rapa Nui descent, serving as the mayor of Easter Island between 2008 and 2012.[1]

Luz Zasso was born in Easter Island to parents Ambrosio Guillermo Zasso Leiva and María Raquel Paoa Huki.[2] She received a degree in Construction engineering from the University of Viña del Mar. Since 2015, she has served as the General Manager of Sasipa, the company that distributes electricity to the island.[3]
