Lutfullah Khairkhwa
Lutfullah Khairkhwa (Pashto: دوکتور لطف الله خیرخواه) is a politician in Afghanistan and a columnist.[1][2] He is currently serving as Deputy Minister of Higher Education in Afghanistan.[3][4][5]
