Lois Green
Lois Green (1914–2006) was an Australian actress who worked extensively on stage. She made her stage debut aged five and worked extensively as a singer, actor and dancer.[1] In the 1930s she toured extensively with J.C. Williamsons Ltd. She moved to London in 1939 after making the film Gone to the Dogs (1939).[2][3]
Career
During World War Two she toured the Middle East with Ensa and worked on radio and television.[4] Green returned to Australia briefly in 1946 to tour in a musical but was based in England for the majority of the rest of her life.
