  • Muhammad II Tairab (1756–1787)
  • Abd ar-Rahman ar-Rashid (1787–1801)
  • Muhammad III al-Fadhl (1801–1839)

Position abolished in 1874 after Darfur becomes a province of the Anglo-Egyptian Sudan.
