Leonardo Farah Shahin

Leonardo Farah Shahin (born 10 August 2003) is a Swedish footballer who plays as a striker for Swedish club Falkenberg.

Club career

Early career

Farah Shahin started his career at IFK Uddevalla.[2] He made his debut in Division 2 on 1 September 2018, aged 15, in a 3–2 defeat against Stenungsunds IF.[3]

BK Häcken and loans

Before the 2019 season, Farah Shahin made the move to BK Häcken.[4] During the 2020 season, he scored 44 goals in 20 games for the under-17s.[5] Farah Shahin also made his Allsvenskan debut in a 3–0 victory against Falkenbergs FF on 3 October 2020, as a substitute in stoppage time.[6] At the end of the season, he signed his first professional team contract with BK Häcken, agreeing on a three-year deal despite interest from several major Premier League clubs.[5]

On 1 September 2021, Farah Shahin was loaned out to AFC Eskilstuna for one year,[7] playing two games in the 2009 Superettan.[8] On 14 February 2022, he was sent on another one-year loan, to Qviding FIF,[9] where he scored 12 goals in 28 games in the Ettan.[8]

Falkenbergs FF

On 6 January 2023, Farah Shahin joined Falkenbergs FF.[8]

Farah Shahin is of Lebanese descent.[10]
