Lasse Wellander
Lars-Ove "Lasse" Wellander (18 June 1952 – 7 April 2023) was a Swedish guitarist who played with ABBA.[1][2] He first recorded with the group's backing band in 1974 and was featured on their self-titled album as well as on several subsequent hits.[3]

Wellander came from the village of Skrikarhyttan. He played with local groups and later with Ted Gärdestad's backing band. Gärdestad introduced him to Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson.[1]
