Khushboo Kamal

Khushboo Kamal (born 13 April 1987)[1][2] is an Indian actress who works primarily in Hindi films and television.[3] She is best known for her role as Pinky Malhotra in the Sahara One show Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage and Rimjhim in the Colors TV show Barrister Babu.[4] Khushboo is also known for her roles in films such as Dabangg, Zila Ghaziabad, Ankur Arora Murder Case.[5]

Early life

Khushboo was born into a Hindu family to Janki Kamal and Babu Ram Kamal.[6][7] Khushboo completed her high school from Shivaji Inter College, Kanpur and graduated in Bachelor of Engineering from Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology.[8][9]

Career

She started her career with a TV Series Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage[10] Later she appeared in Zindagi Ki Haqeeqat Se Aamna Saamna[11] and Savdhaan India.[12]

In 2010, she got her first break in films, she played the supporting character of a Journalist in the film Dabangg.[13] After this, in the year 2012, she played the lead role in the film Overtime and in 2013, she played a supporting role in Zila Ghaziabad and the role of Rosina D'Costa in the film Ankur Arora Murder Case.[14] Khushboo had her breakthrough with the role of Badami in Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai[15] and Gulabia in Jijaji Chhat Par Hai.[16]

In the year 2016, khushboo played supporting role in the film Missing on a Weekend.[17][18] From 2018 to 2020, she played the lead role in the short films Kasturi.....in search for happiness, Balance Your Mind and Zoya along with this she did lead role in the movie Rambhajjan Zindabaad.[19]

In the year 2021, she made her debut in the web series with the lead role in the series Zero Figure.[20] Along with this she played a supporting role in the Bollywood film Satyameva Jayate 2 which made her quite famous.[21] Khushboo continued her journey on the small screen along with acting in films and web series. She played the character of Rimjhim Das in the drama Barrister Babu.[22] After the success of the year 2021, the year 2022 was also important in which she played the character of Ratna in the web series Jhumke.[23]

From September 2023, she is playing the role of Bably in the Star Bharat show May I Come In Madam? (season 2).[24]
