Jonny Farmelo
Jonathan Thomas Farmelo (born September 9, 2004) is an American professional baseball outfielder in the Seattle Mariners organization.

Amateur career
Farmelo attended Westfield High School in Fairfax County, Virginia.[1] In his high school career, he recorded a .385 batting average, seven home runs, and 29 RBI's, in 48 career games.[2] As a senior, Farmelo batted .478.[3] Farmelo was committed to play college baseball at the University of Virginia.[4]
Professional career
Farmelo was selected 29th overall by the Seattle Mariners in the 2023 Major League Baseball draft. He signed with the Mariners on July 17, 2023 for an over-slot bonus of $3,200,000.[5][6]
