Johan Patricio Fuentes Muñoz (born 2 February 1984) is a Chilean footballer that currently plays for Trasandino in the Segunda División Profesional de Chile.

Club career
In 2015, he reached the Torneo Clausura playing with Cobresal.[2]
After playing for Deportes Santa Cruz until the end of the 2022 season, he signed with Segunda División Profesional side Trasandino in the second half of 2023.[3]
