Hara Berezaiti

Hara Berezaiti (Avestan: π¬΅π¬€π¬­π¬βΈ±π¬ π¬†π¬­π¬†π¬°π¬€π¬Œπ¬™π¬, lit. 'High Watchpost'), is a legendary mountain around which the stars and planets revolve in the Avestan language.[1]

Damavand in the Alborz mountain range; the name Alborz is believed to derive from Hara Berezaiti.

In Iranian legend, it was on Hara Berezaiti that the hero Fereydun fettered Zahhak.[2]
