Gordon Frazer

Gordon Frazer from the Defence Science and Technology Organisation, Edinburgh, Australia was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015[1] for contributions to advanced over-the-horizon radar.
