Glen T. Martin

Glen T. Martin (born 22 January 1944) is an American philosopher, writer, pacifist and social reformer.[1][2] He is also a researcher, teacher and holds administrative positions in many institutions in USA and abroad.[1][3][4] Since 2012, he has served as President of the World Constitution and Parliament Association (WCPA).[5]
