Count of Mangualde

This was a Portuguese nobility title created and granted by King Carlos I of Portugal on 17th May 1905 to Francisco de Almeida Cardoso e Albuquerque, previously the 1st Viscount of Mangulade, now the 1st count of Mangualde.[1]

  1. Francisco de Almeida Cardoso e Albuquerque (1841-1921), 1st Viscount of Mangualde (1891);
  2. Fernando de Almeida Cardoso de Albuquerque (1874-1932),
  3. Francisco de Sousa Botelho de Albuquerque (1909-1973), also 5th Count of Vila Real (1947) and 4th Count of Melo (1947);
  4. Fernando de Sousa Botelho de Albuquerque (1941-2022), also 6th Count of Vila Real (1973) and 5th Count of Melo (1973).
