Charles F. Mertens
Charles F. Mertens (born 1933)[1] is an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the North Dakota House of Representatives. Mertens was a businessman and farmer.[2] Mertens served in the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1971[3] to 1990.[1]
