Moore's Law - A trend in computers that says that the amount of transistors (the pieces which make up computers) in a computer will double every two years, and become half as expensive. An example:

• A computer in 2019 can have 50 million transistors and cost $100.
• A computer in 2021 can have 100 million transistors and cost $50.

In the two examples, the numbers switched places. However the numbers will change and sometimes the numbers won’t switch places.
