National Certificate of Educational Achievement
Books in this subject area deal with the National Certificate of Educational Achievement: the official secondary school qualification in New Zealand. It is normally offered to senior high school students—Year 11 through to Year 13. NCEA uses criterion or standard-based assessment. NCEA assessment is administered both at the school level (internal assessment), and at a national level (external assessment, usually examinations).
