Angiomyxoma

  • Usually of the pelvic soft tissue and perineum, almost always in women. In men, the scrotum
  • Locally aggressive but don't metastasize
  • Treatment overview
    • Treated by wide local excision
    • Can also treat with GnRH agonists if ER+/PR+ used as adjuvant treatment for recurrent tumors or as primary therapy for small tumors
