Angiomyxoma
- Usually of the pelvic soft tissue and perineum, almost always in women. In men, the scrotum
- Locally aggressive but don't metastasize
- Treatment overview
- Treated by wide local excision
- Can also treat with GnRH agonists if ER+/PR+ — used as adjuvant treatment for recurrent tumors or as primary therapy for small tumors
