    • Survey. 239 respondents. Random sample of U.S. radiation oncologists (65% response rate).
    • Outcome: IMRT use 73% (compared with 32% in 2002). Rationale for adoption normal tissue sparing (88%), dose escalation 85%, economic competition 62%. Further 91% of non-users planned to adopt IMRT in the future
    • Conclusion: IMRT use increased significantly since 2002
