Required Workup
Required:
- Diagnostic bilat mammo
- Path review (including ER, PR)
- US and Biopsy if there are suspicious LNs
- LFT/AlkPhos if positive -> CTAP/bone scan
- Genetic counseling if high risk
- High risk indicators for genetic counseling
- Known mutation in FH
- ≥2 breast primaries in family member
- ≥2 FH same side with 1 ≤50yo
- ovarian CA, Male breast CA
- ≤2nd degree relative BCA ≤45yo
- FH of 3 or more:
- CA's: Breast, Pancreatic, Prostate, Melanoma, Sarcoma, Adrenocortical carcinoma, brain, leukemia, diffuse gastric, colon, endometrial, thyroid RCC
- Dermatologic manifestations, Macrocephaly, hamartomatous polyps
