Problem
Imagine we have a standard analog wall clock. How many times in a 24 hour period will the minute hand cross the hour hand?
What time is it when the minute hand has passed over the hour hand exactly 4 times? This second part is meaningless - it all depends when you start from. I imagine that the puzzle setter was assuming a start from 12:00, but that is ambiguous, it would be better to select one of 11:59 or 12:01 to start from!
