Textarea size limitations

By default there is a 255 character limit for textareas. Entering more than 255 characters results in an validation error. This can be overcome (upto 4000 characters) if a discrepancy note is supplied (Annotation or Failed Validation Check). This needs to be done for the specific field only once even for further editing.
