Original description (Latin)

Apothecia gregaria, primitus innata, per epidermidem longitudinaliter fissam prorumpentia, saepe arete seriata, linearia vel patellaria, recta, tenuissime marginata, demum disco albido, sicco dilute flavescente explanato, 0,3-1 mm longo, 0,2-0,5 mm lato, excipulo glabro, tenuissimo, parenchymatice fuscidule contexto, rimam atram in culmo relinquentia. Asci clavati, apice rotundati, —80 ↔ 10-12 µ, 8-spori J—. Sporae oblongae, utrinque obtusae, vix curvatulae, 1-cellulares, 2—4-guttatae, hyalinae, 15-17 ↔ 4 µ distichae. Paraphyses filiformes, hyalinae, -4 µ cr.
