Non-local means filter
Implementation of non-local means noise removing filter, described in P. Coupe, P. Yger, S. Prima, P. Hellier, C. Kervrann, C. Barillot. An Optimized Blockwise Non Local Means Denoising Filter for 3D Magnetic Resonance Images. IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging, 27(4):425-441, April 2008 is provided in mincnlm program. To build select BUILD_MINCNLM option during configuration. The algorithm is protected by a license IDDN.FR.001.070033.000.S.P.2007.000.21000
Defacing
Defacing mini-pipeline together with additional tools is provided, to build tools and install scripts specify BUILD_TOOLS option and provice the location of GSL library. Note that additional tools from mni_autoreg, N3 and conglomerate are needed.
