    • appearance
    • Occasional micrognathia, scaphocephaly, iris coloboma, ASD and VSD
  • Changes as the child grows
    • Gradual improvement in joint movements
  • Genetics
    • Autosomal dominant
    • Linked to fibrillin locus on chrom. 5 (FBN2 gene)
