Intracoastal Waterway, O.C.G.A. §§ 52-3-1 to 12
General Description
This Act was passed to allow the construction of the Intracoastal Waterway running along the Coast of Georgia from the Savannah River to Cumberland Sound. The State worked with the federal government to create this transportation channel, and the federal government has a perpetual easement to use and maintain the waterway.
