Concept
The objective of visibility is to sensitise the public and the beneficiaries to the objectives pursued by the action of the donor and its partners, as well as to the donor role. The purpose is not to legislate by principle, but to set a common framework to ensure instant recognition of the source of funding or co-financing and, as such, to strengthen the identity and visibility of the donor.
