Ingredients

  • 5 cups of flour
  • 1 sachet of active yeast
  • 750 ml of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 750 ml of oil


Procedure

  1. In a large bowl add flour,salt,sugar and yeast
  2. Add water and mix until the flour is mixed together
  3. knead for 10 minutes or so
  4. Put the dough in a bowl and cover it tightly for an hour till two hours
  5. Add oil in a pot and let the oil be very hot
  6. Shape your dough in balls and add in a heated oil
  7. Continue turning until golden brown
  8. Serve hot or cold with cold or hot beverage
