Ingredients
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 sachet of active yeast
- 750 ml of warm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of sugar
- 750 ml of oil
Procedure
- In a large bowl add flour,salt,sugar and yeast
- Add water and mix until the flour is mixed together
- knead for 10 minutes or so
- Put the dough in a bowl and cover it tightly for an hour till two hours
- Add oil in a pot and let the oil be very hot
- Shape your dough in balls and add in a heated oil
- Continue turning until golden brown
- Serve hot or cold with cold or hot beverage
