Ingredients

4 tablespoon olive oil

1 large ripe plantain

Procedure:

1) Pure oil in a frying pan over low heat.

2) Peal and cut plantain horizontally or in a circle shape.

3) Add plantains to frying pan and fry on both sides for about 1 minute or until golden brown.

4) Drain, cool and enjoy!
