  • 1 cup rice flour,
  • 1 cup maida (or all purpose flour),
  • 1/2 cup suji,
  • Salt to taste,
  • 3 green chilies ,
  • 1/2 tsp jeera,
  • Buttermilk 1/2 cup,
  • Water

Procedure

  1. Mix all the above ingredients together like watery consistency.
  2. Heat the griddle or pan . spread oil.
  3. Sprinkle the batter on the pan with your hand .
  4. Cook it on medium temperature for 3- 4 min or it is completely cooked.
  5. Serve it with tomato or peanut chutney
