Ingredients

[1] e.g.: paprika, chili pepper, onions, oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, allspice, bay leaves, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate

Procedure

  • Mash potatoes.
  • Mix with spelt flour and oat flakes in about equals amounts (1:1:1).
  • Add soy sauce and water.
  • Hack and fry tomatoes and onions and add to mixture, if desired.
  • Add spices.
  • Form burgers in a pan and fry burgers lightly with some oil.
