Lemon-pepper is a mixture of granulated lemon zest/peel, black peppercorns, and sometimes with other ingredients, such as garlic, onion, sugar, citric acid, salt, and maltodextrin (derived from cornstarch). It is commonly used on chicken and seafood as a seasoning.
