Granola

 Ingredients:
   ½ cup chopped Castilla walnut
   ½ cup chopped Indian walnut
   ½ cup of chopped almonds
   ½ cup brown sugar
   ½ cup blueberries
   ½ cup wheat germ
   ¾ cup olive oil
  1½ cups of honey
   1 teaspoon salt
   4 cups oatmeal
   ½ cup raisins

preparation:

Mix the ingredients except the raisins and blueberries, spread the mixture on a tray and bake it for 1 hour at 250° F., stir every 10 minutes and when cold add raisins and blueberries.
